At Pete’s Blinds, we offer a convenient shop-at-home service where we bring everything directly to your doorstep.
At all times, Pete’s Blinds prioritizes your privacy and comprehends the significance of securely managing your information.

ORDERS:

All orders are custom made. Generally, it takes 7-10 days for the order to be fabricated. Once order is complete we will contact you to set up a date to install your new window treatments. **Please be aware: Due to supply chain shortages there may be production delays on some orders. We are working diligently to have all orders manufactured and installed as quick as possible. We estimate 10-14 days for production at this time. We appreciate your patience.

Shopping with Pete’s Blinds couldn’t be easier. We bring the showroom directly to your home or office! Once an appointment is made, we will come to your home to measure the windows and provide an estimate. We will bring all the samples and product choices with us. This lets you see how each window treatment style and color will look in your home and allow you to make a better decision about your purchase.
With our shop at home service we will bring samples of our products right to your home. Our samples allow you to see how an exact color shade and style will look in your home.
Pete’s Blinds proudly makes all our window treatments in the USA. Each custom order is meticulously crafted by trained technicians.

REFUNDS:

Changes to your order can only be accommodated before it’s sent to the factory at Pete’s Blinds. Since each window treatment is custom-made to your specifications, once the order is placed with the factory, no alterations can be made.
Regrettably, due to the personalized nature of our orders, we do not offer refunds once the order has been placed with our factory. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with the chosen window treatments and confirm your order before it’s finalized.

INSTALLATION:

Once your order is finalized at the factory, we’ll reach out to schedule a convenient day and time for installing your new blinds at Pete’s Blinds.
Inside mounted window treatments are affixed to the inside of the window frame, ensuring they align flush with the wall. Conversely, outside mounted window treatments are installed on the exterior of the window, extending beyond the wall or door.
Typically, we don’t offer blinds for self-installation as all our window treatments are custom-fabricated. We prefer our trained technicians to handle the installation to prevent any potential damage to your home or window treatments. However, exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for further information regarding self-installation options.
